Beginners Move & Meditate - Wednesdays 11am

Immerse yourself in the transformative practices of yoga and meditation at our serene bayside studio in Ptown. Explore gentle movements, intentional breathing, and a holistic approach to enhance your well-being. This class is set to singing bowl music to help relax the nerves & mind. Discover inner peace, reduce stress, and cultivate mindfulness. A great class for both beginners and experienced yogis looking for a gentle practice!
